Prototype Recreation Management Framework

Each agency might use different terms / jargon, but most use some variation on this template or prototype management framework:

Identify Attributes of Those Resources

Gather Values Held by Stakeholders / Publics / Agencies Attached to Each Attribute

Craft Goals to Satisfy Each Value

List Objectives to Accomplish Each Goal

Identify Indicator Variables to Track Resource Conditions and Management Efficacy

Establish Standards to Compare Indicators Against

Monitor Indicators Cyclically

Implement Management Prescriptions

Sunset Plan After Useful Life of Plan Elapsed
